Fewer no-shows start the day before the meeting.
Meeting reminders email the lead, the host, or both before every booked meeting, on a schedule you set: up to ten reminders, each a number of minutes, hours or days before the call, with the calendar event attached. They go out for every meeting an inbox agent books, with no sequence to build.

A meeting booked on Monday for next Thursday is easy to forget. Calendar tools remind the host; nobody reminds a lead who booked from a cold message and has never heard of you before.
How the Meeting reminders workflow runs
One trigger, then each step in order. Every step has its own delay, and every outcome has somewhere to go.
Meeting booked
Every meeting booked for the inbox agents you choose.
- 1
Reminder 1 · 1 day before
An email to the attendee with the meeting name and time in their zone, and a calendar event attached.
- 2
Reminder 2 · 1 hour before
A short note to attendee and host. Up to ten reminders, each set in minutes, hours or days before the meeting.
- 3
Done
Reminders stop on their own if the meeting is cancelled or moved, and re-time themselves to the new slot.
There is a template for this
Start from one that already works, then make the messages yours. The template lists what it needs connected and lets you read every message the agent will follow before you publish.
- A reminder email sent in the host’s name, with your agency’s branding under white-label
- The time in their own time zone and a meeting.ics they can add with one click
- Nothing at all if the meeting was cancelled
- A reminder to the host before each call if you want one
- Your own subject and body per reminder, with the meeting’s details filled in
- One schedule per workspace, set in minutes
- An inbox agent with a connected calendar
- Reminders are sent by Underfive, so there is no mailbox to connect
Meeting reminders questions
Who gets the reminders?
Each reminder is sent to the attendee, the host, or both. A common setup is one to the lead the day before and one to both an hour before.
How many reminders can I send?
Up to ten per workflow. Each is set as a number of minutes, hours or days before the meeting.
Where do the emails come from?
Underfive sends them, in the name of the calendar host or any sender name you set. Under white-label the sender and branding are your agency’s. Each reminder has its own subject and body, with the meeting name, date and time filled in.
What if the meeting moves?
Reminders follow the meeting. A moved meeting re-times them and a cancelled one stops them.
Can I send SMS reminders?
Not yet. Reminders are email today.
