A yes in the inbox becomes a meeting on the calendar
Most interested replies die in scheduling. Someone has to find a slot, write back, wait, and write back again. Your inbox agents do that part in minutes, directly against your calendar.
Two times from real availability
When a prospect says yes, the agent reads live availability from your connected calendar and offers two concrete times in the prospect's time zone. No "what works for you?" loops.
Negotiates until it is booked
If the prospect counters, the agent checks the new slot against every connected calendar and confirms or offers the nearest alternatives. It handles time zones and reschedules inside the same thread.
The invite comes from your calendar
Underfive connects to Google Calendar and Outlook directly. Once a time is agreed the invite goes out from your calendar, not a third-party scheduler. Calendar invites cost 0 credits.
Every calendar on the team
Each workspace can book onto its own calendar, so an agency gives every client its own. Teammates and clients connect with a link, no Underfive login needed. Turn on round-robin and the agent rotates who gets the next meeting.
Meeting booking vs the usual ways to schedule
Several things help a prospect pick a time. Only one does the whole conversation.
A booking link in the signature
Does: Lets the prospect pick a time if they click through.
Gap: Someone still has to write the reply that carries the link. Many prospects never open it, and the thread goes quiet.
A rep schedules by hand
Does: Finds a slot, writes back, waits for the answer.
Gap: Hours between turns during the day, nothing at night or on weekends. Interested replies die in the back and forth.
Your sequencer tags the reply
Does: Flags that a prospect wants to talk.
Gap: A label is not a meeting. The tool does not know your calendar, and a human still does the scheduling.
Underfive meeting booking
Does: Proposes two times from your real calendar, negotiates, sends the invite from Google Calendar or Outlook, and tags the thread Meeting Scheduled.

What the agent does in each scheduling turn
Scheduling is rarely one message. These are the turns the agent handles on its own, on Google Calendar and Outlook alike.
- Prospect says "Sure, when?"Checks live availability and proposes two times in the prospect's time zone.
- Prospect counters with a different timeChecks that slot against every connected calendar, then confirms or offers the nearest alternatives.
- Prospect asks to move the meetingReschedules the invite and confirms the new time in the thread.
- Prospect prefers to pick a time themselvesShares your Calendly or Cal.com link as an alternative to the proposed times.
- Several reps share the pipelineRound-robin assigns the next meeting to the next available rep and books on their calendar.
- Time agreedSends the invite from your calendar, tags the thread Meeting Scheduled, posts to Slack, and updates your CRM stage.

Meeting booking FAQ
How does the inbox agent book a meeting?
When a reply in your Unified Inbox shows interest, the agent reads real-time availability from your connected calendar and proposes two times that fit your meeting length and availability preferences. If the prospect counters, it checks the new time and confirms or offers alternatives. Once both sides agree, it sends the invite from your calendar and tags the thread Meeting Scheduled.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar and Outlook. Both connect natively in the Calendar step of your inbox agent setup, with no third-party scheduling tool required.
I already use Calendly or Cal.com. Can I keep it?
Yes. Add your Calendly or Cal.com link in the Calendar step of the inbox agent setup. The agent offers it to prospects as an alternative to the two proposed times.
Does it handle time zones and reschedules?
Yes. Times are proposed in the prospect's time zone, and if they ask to move the meeting the agent reschedules the invite and confirms the new time in the thread.
Can a client or teammate connect their calendar without a Underfive account?
Yes. Share the connect link with them. They authorize their Google or Outlook calendar on that page and the agent can book onto it. They never need to log into Underfive.
How does round-robin work?
Connect each rep's calendar, turn on round-robin, and the agent rotates who receives the next meeting. It checks every rep's real availability and skips anyone who is unavailable.
Can different workspaces use different calendars?
Yes. Each workspace, and each inbox agent inside it, can book onto its own calendar. Agencies typically connect one calendar per client workspace.
What happens after the meeting is booked?
The invite goes out from your calendar, the thread is tagged Meeting Scheduled in the Unified Inbox, your team is notified in Slack if Slack is connected, and the deal stage is updated in your CRM if one is connected. Calendar invites cost 0 credits.
