Google Calendar Data Usage
We use your Google Calendar information to:
- Display your Google Calendar events within the app

We do not use your calendar data for advertising or share it with third parties for unrelated purposes. We explicitly affirm that Google Workspace APIs and any data accessed through them are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence and/or machine learning models. Your Google Calendar data remains private and is used solely for the purposes stated above.

Your data is securely stored using industry-standard encryption. We take all reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information.
While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
Data Retention

- Account information is retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure.
- Billing information is retained for 7 years in compliance with tax and accounting laws.
- Log and analytics data are typically retained for 12–24 months.
- Backup data is automatically deleted within 90 days.
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Your Control Over Data
You can revoke access to your Google Calendar at any time via your Google Account settings. If you'd like your data deleted from our servers, please email us at [email protected].
You have the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update or request deletion of your personal information directly within your account settings section.
