Split the work where it should be split

Typing the same answers into a sequencer inbox is not selling. Give that part to the agents and keep the part that needs a person.

Inbox agents take

Inside the Unified Inbox, around the clock
  • The first response to every reply, in under 5 minutes, 24/7
  • Pricing questions, product questions, and objections, answered from your knowledge base
  • Follow-ups when a thread goes quiet, from 1 to 5 attempts
  • Proposing two times, negotiating, and sending the calendar invite
  • Moving the deal to the right stage in your CRM

Reps take

The work only a person should do
  • Approvals on the reply categories you choose
  • Any thread a rep wants to take over and answer personally
  • Discovery calls and demos, already on the calendar
  • Closing
You decide where the line sits. Every reply category is either Auto-send or Require Approval, and you can move it at any time.

How it works for sales teams

One reply, from the moment it lands to the moment it is a meeting on a rep's calendar.

  1. 1

    A reply lands

From Smartlead, Instantly, Email Bison, PlusVibe, HeyReach, or Gmail. It shows up in the Unified Inbox, not in a sequencer tab a rep has to remember to check.

  2. 2

    An agent reads and drafts

The agent reads the full thread, classifies the reply, and writes a response from your knowledge base and reply logic. Same playbook on every reply, whichever rep owns the campaign.

  3. 3

It sends, or a rep approves

Auto-send categories go out in under 5 minutes from the same sender. Categories on Require Approval post to Slack with Approve and Edit buttons.

  4. 4

The meeting lands on a rep

The agent proposes two real times, round-robin picks the next available rep, and the invite goes out from that calendar. Your CRM stage updates on its own.

Works with and the rest of your sending stack

Wired into how your team already works

Calendars, Slack, and the CRM stay where they are. The Unified Inbox plugs into each.

Round-robin calendars

Each rep connects a Google Calendar or Outlook calendar from a link. The agent checks real availability, rotates who gets the next meeting, and skips anyone who is out.

Unified Inbox for sales teams FAQ

What is a Unified Inbox for sales teams?

It is one view of every reply from every campaign and sending tool your team runs. Underfive is a Unified Inbox with AI inbox agents inside it. The agents send the first response in under 5 minutes, handle objections, follow up, and book meetings. Reps step in for approvals and calls.

Does it replace our SDRs?

No. It takes the inbox work off them. Inbox agents handle first responses, routine questions, objections, follow-ups, and scheduling. Reps keep the approvals you want a human on, the threads they choose to take over, and the calls.

Does it replace our sequencer?

No. Your sequencer keeps doing sending, warm-up, and deliverability. The Unified Inbox takes over the moment a reply lands and sends back through the same tool and sender, so the prospect sees one continuous thread.

How do reps approve replies?

Each reply category is set to Auto-send or Require Approval. Drafts that need approval wait in the queue in the Underfive app and post to your Slack channel with Approve and Edit buttons, on desktop and mobile. You can also clear the queue through the Underfive MCP connector.

How does round-robin work?

Connect each rep's Google Calendar or Outlook calendar and turn on round-robin. The agent rotates who receives the next meeting, checks every rep's real availability, and skips anyone who is unavailable. Reps connect their calendar from a link.

Does it update our CRM?

Yes. Underfive syncs with GoHighLevel and HubSpot. In GoHighLevel, each inbox agent is tied to an Opportunity pipeline and you map outcomes such as Interested and Meeting Scheduled to your own stages. When the agent handles a reply or books a meeting, the opportunity moves on its own.

Do we pay per rep?

No. Every plan includes unlimited team members and unlimited inbox agents. Plans are priced by agent credits, so adding a rep does not change the bill.

What happens to replies that come in after hours?

They get the same treatment as any other reply. Inbox agents answer in under 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, in the language and time zone of the prospect. Anything on Require Approval waits in the queue for the morning.
