How to Get Started
Connect the UnderFive app for Slack through your dashboard
Log in to UnderFive
Visit app.underfive.ai and log in to your account.
Navigate to Integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations and find the Slack integration card.
Connect to Slack
Click "Connect Slack" and authorize the necessary permissions for your workspace.
Configure Notifications
Choose which channels receive specific notification types and customize your alert preferences.

Required Permissions
The UnderFive app for Slack requires the following OAuth scopes to function properly

Enables the app to use Slack AI features for enhanced automation
channels:join
Allows the app to join public channels when invited
chat:write.public
Permits sending messages to public channels without joining them first
chat:write
Allows sending messages as the UnderFive bot

Enables slash commands for quick access to UnderFive features

Allows posting notifications to your designated channels

What Data We Collect
The UnderFive app for Slack collects the following information:
- Workspace and channel information where the app is installed
- User IDs and display names of team members who interact with the app
- Message content when using slash commands or bot interactions
- Webhook URLs for sending notifications to your channels
How We Use Your Data
Your Slack data is used exclusively to:
- Send notifications about prospect interactions and campaign updates
- Enable two-way communication between Slack and UnderFive
- Provide analytics and reporting features within Slack
- Improve our integration for Slack based on usage patterns
Data Retention
Slack integration data is retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months after account closure or app removal. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].
